April Showers

The 1st week of April has been incredibly rainy!  But this is to be expected and it has triggered a lot of people reaching out to us for help.  People are calling us because now that it's spring they want to do those projects around the house they had been thinking about all winter.

It truly is a time of renewal, rebirth, and excitement.  Rain very tangibly makes me think about how much we love our rainfall shower head in our new bathroom.  Does your bathroom bring you joy in the morning?  Rain also makes me "think like a drip."  These first heavy rains stress the water management systems of our home, and that triggers in my mind how we could solve those problems.  Basements are wet, leaks are appearing in the roof/siding, and for one of our clients we're doing a large facelift/curb appeal project and improving how the home handles water & air.

Shred With the Thompson Trio!

Celebrate the end of tax season and safely destroy those old documents with private information at the Thompson Trio’s shredding event!

Bring your old documents to the Thompson Remodeling office on April 21 and we’ll shred as much as we can between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.  And to keep it “green,” everything will be recycled after!

The event is free but for anyone wanting more than 500 pounds shredded, there could be a nominal charge at the Trio’s discretion.

Thompson Remodeling is located at 4820 Cascade Road, SE in Grand Rapids.  See you there!
