Project Roadmap: Pre-Production Phase

Selections – Our Selection Trip is all about you, where you’ll put your signature on your remodel by choosing fixtures, cabinets, and more. There are a lot of decisions to make, but we’ll guide you through each one so that your project stays on budget while reflecting your tastes and personal style.

Project Set-Up – As we prepare to begin building, we take care of submitting construction drawings for review in the permitting process. We also use this time to order items with long lead times, like cabinetry, light fixtures, and tile, in addition to creating and validating a building schedule with you and the necessary contractors. Though the pre-production process has many detailed steps before building can begin, we handle the logistics to make it worry-free for you.

Handoff Meeting – This is our in-home meeting between you, the Project Manager, and your Project Designer to communicate what’s going to happen in the build phase of your project.  We review the schedule, introduce you to our online project management portal, CoConstruct, and confirm critical project details together so that we’re all confident that we’re on the same page.
