Project Roadmap: Building Phase

Demo – Before we can come in with the new, it’s out with the old! Deconstruction is an exciting part the project because we’re clearing the space for your vision to become reality.

Rough-Ins – This phase refers to any structural changes being made to your home. Big changes, such as new walls or support beams, are built, and every major trade – HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical – will “rough-in” the new locations of fixtures.

Cabinetry – Though it may sound like just another step, installing cabinetry is a critical part of the building process. Cabinetry is precise work, and installing them complete with countertops is worth the wait.

Finishes – Finishes are the materials that make up the canvas of your new space. From flooring to paint, your project really starts to come together as a recognizable final product.

Final Fixture Installations – Fixtures are the hard-working items that you touch, feel, and use on a daily basis and really make the space yours.  Appliances, door knobs, faucets, light fixtures – these will be the objects you interact with every day,

Project Completion – How the project ends is the memory that lasts. Once all installations are complete, we clean up and make sure that you’re happy with your finished spaces before we call it complete.
