Ben was hired to repair the sagging wrap-around porch of our home in the historic area of Heritage Hill. Rather than give us the standard, “tear it down and start from scratch,” as others had, he was able to diagnose the real problem – a few strategically located rotting floor boards and support beams that could be replaced. His workers were on-time, respectful of our property and our neighbors, and expert at their craft. We saved money, and are very pleased with the result. We will hire him the next time we have a home repair project.
