In January, thousands of builders, remodelers, and designers attended the annual Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), a massive show of over 600 exhibitors, to see the latest products and innovations in the industry. We really look forward to hearing about the newest kitchen appliances seen at the show, and this year didn't disappoint!
Here's a look at five new appliances that we are excited about, including one that isn't for the kitchen!
1. Cafe Appliances White Matte Collection
White kitchens are a classic style and the top choice for many of our clients, particularly when selecting cabinet colors. When it comes to appliance finishes, stainless steel is usually the go-to, but after seeing the new white matte collection from Cafe Appliances, a division of GE Appliances, you may reconsider. White matte appliances are just as versatile, look gorgeous with wood tones as well as painted cabinetry, and compliment modern and traditional design styles alike. And the hardware options are fantastic and include multiple brushed metals including black, stainless, bronze, and copper.
2.Bosch Refreshment Center Refrigerator
Bosch Refreshment Center Refrigerator
No room for a separate wine or beer fridge? No problem. The Bosch Refreshment Center Refrigerator features an integrated beverage drawer with the capacity to hold up to 17 standard sized wine bottles. You select the setting you prefer: beverages, beer, champagne, white wine, or red wine.
3. GE Monogram Minimalist Collection Wall Ovens
GE Monogram Minimalist Collection
These are not your average wall ovens. When we heard that these offer an Air Fry mode, "scan to cook" functionality for packaged/frozen foods simply by scanning the barcode with your smartphone, AND built-in Wifi and Alexa and Google connectivity, we knew this would be something our clients would love.
4. Miele G7000 Dishwasher
The new line from Miele features what's called "AutoDos with PowerDisk" that automatically dispenses the right amount of dish detergent for you, resulting in cleaner dishes!
5. Samsung AirDresser
Save on your dry cleaning bills and reduce your laundry days with this fabulous new appliance for your closet. The Airdresser uses steam to remove wrinkles, sanitize clothes, and remove odors. Just hang your item inside and let it do its magic!
