Top Trends in Bathroom Remodels for 2020
1. White is the top color choice for nearly all selections including countertops, vanity color, wall color, and shower walls.
2. Porcelain is the preferred material for showers.
3. The most requested design style for 2020 is Modern, followed by Transitional.
4. Bathtubs continue to decline as an important element of a bath remodel.
5. Ceramic tile and porcelain is the top choice for bathroom flooring.
6. Built-in vanity styles are preferred.
7. Shaker cabinetry is most popular, followed by flat panel.
8. Lighting fixtures that mix glass and metal finishes.
9. Faucets with high tech features such as touch-free functionality or water efficiency.
10. High tech toilets with bidets, self-cleaning, and heating elements.
